A pre-war Upper East Side co-op went on the market that required a complete renovation. The L+A staging team was called to design the grand living room so buyers could envision the unit’s full potential. We employed a neutral, polished approach, selecting white and ivory tones and smooth finishes to modernize the aesthetic while maintaining a sense of luxury and sophistication.
