L+A staged a model unit in a South Williamsburg new development. In the spirit of the neighborhood, we selected casual and inviting furniture pieces, playful artwork, botanicals and clever accents emanating both urban exuberance and cozy sanctuary. The L+A designed model apartment accelerated the lease up of the 300 + unit property.
